My SuperPower Youth Workshop – Empowering the Next Generation of First-Gen Leaders!

At La Primera, our mission has always been clear: to uplift and empower women to rise with purpose and power. Now, we’re proud to expand that mission with an exciting new initiative designed just for young women stepping into their professional journeys.

Introducing the My SuperPower Youth Workshop, a new program created for first-generation women ages 19 to 25 who are ready to launch bold, fulfilling careers — and do it with the support of Amigas that sees them, hears them, and walks beside them.

This summer, we're bringing the power of mentorship, mental wellness, financial literacy, and career guidance directly to the next wave of change makers. Through a series of intimate workshops (5–10 participants each), we'll offer a holistic support network — the same Amiga team you know and love — to guide each participant through every step of their career path: from discovery to their first job and beyond.

• Phoenix, AZ – July 19

• Milwaukee, WI – July 26

• Los Angeles County, CA – August 2

• Fort Worth, TX – August 9

Each workshop will be held on a Saturday, lasting five transformational hours, and will be led by our incredible Amiga mentors, mental health professionals, and career experts.

This is more than a workshop — it's a movement. We're here to help young first-gen women break ceilings, build their networks, and embrace their superpower.
